March 2017 When you incur dental expenses (dentures, crowns or other care) in excess of $ 500, your dentist must send an assessment to the insurer prior to incurring the costs. Your application will be analyzed and you will receive a reply within 24 to 48 hours indicating the amounts covered by the contract as well as the amount you will have to disburse. A copy of the response will also be sent to your dentist.

When paying, you must present your card and you will only pay the amount not reimbursed by your contract. We thank you for your understanding and we assure you of our commitment to give you full satisfaction.
