The new fixed NPS-V checkpoints will be operational as of April 1st 2017. In order to cover the operational requirement this change imposes, we will need to add thirty one (31) new NPS-V schedules. Employees listed on the annexed BID Schedule will have to select one of the 31 new NPS-V schedules that will be added.
This partial NPS-V Bid will take place on March 23rd 2017 in the training room, 3rd floor, Tel.: 438 862-2248. Employees will be allotted four (4) minutes to make their selection, after which we will proceed with the next employee. Thank you for your understanding.
-During the next assembly on the 30th and 31st of March 2017, the executive committee will present the texts for the Local's by-laws version 3 . During this assembly, members will be able to once again read them and discuss them. In addition, members will vote on the final text and approve/reject the By-Laws.
Local By-laws are a necessary step in the establishment of any union local. The by-laws are similar to the by-laws used in condo ownership committee. They are the rules and process by which things happen in the administration of the union.
