The group insurance plan was revised recently taking into account recent member input. Thanks to available funds we were able to improve your coverage. The effective date is October 1^st, 2014.
 
Here are the improvements that were made to your collective insurance plan:
 
For full-time employees:
 

• Medical – Eyecare: The maximum amount will be 300$ instead of 160$ per 24 months
• Dental: The maximum amount will be 1500$ instead of 1000$ per year
• Dental: Preventative and basic care remains 80% reimbursed

Endodontics and Periodontics will now be 80% reimbursed instead of 60%
Major restorative services will now be 80% reimbursed instead of 50%
 
For full-time and part-time employees:
 

• Paramedical Services (chiro, physio, massage therapist, etc.) : The maximum amount will be 350$ instead of 300$ per discipline.
