Reporting an absence from 1 April 2024 00; 01:

If you need to report an absence, there are two different ways to do so at GardaWorld:

Telephone: The number you currently use at Securitas to report an absence will be redirected to GardaWorld's National Control Centre (NCC) on April 1. You can continue to call 1-877-753-1175.

KioskAir: This is one of the new tools you'll discover next week. It's an app with features to manage your schedule, including a direct link to the NCC to report an absence.
